01.Acceptance
By creating an account or using RoundThis, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to founders on roundthis.com, investors on roundthis.net, and admins on roundthis.vip.
02.Account responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@roundthis.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
03.Permitted use
Founders may publish projects they own and manage their Data Rooms. Investors who have been approved by our team may browse projects, request access, sign NDAs, and message founders. Use of the platform must comply with Saudi law and these terms.
04.Prohibited activities
You may not impersonate others, harvest data, run automated scrapers, attempt to bypass NDA gates, share Data Room contents outside the platform, post unlawful or misleading material, or use the platform to solicit investments outside an approved deal flow.
05.Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of project content you upload. By publishing, you grant RoundThis a non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit it on the platform. Platform features, branding, and code are owned by RoundThis and may not be copied or republished.
06.NDA enforcement
Investors who sign a project NDA undertake binding confidentiality obligations to the founder. Breach may result in immediate account termination, audit-log disclosure to the founder, and the founder's right to seek legal remedies under Saudi law.
07.Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will first be addressed in good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes will be referred to the competent courts of Riyadh unless arbitration is otherwise agreed.
08.Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
